Would it be profitable to start a Soup Cafe in place where the weather is always Cold?
For example i think it would be something good to eat when you are hanging out downtown or shopping,It would be nice to sip on a warm cup of soup when it's freezing cold.

This is possible. I saw a food show on the travel channel that talked about one restaurant that sells soup. This will only work if the soup is good and the temperature if cold. Not everyone likes soup and it really depends on the taste of the soup.
