layer of cooking stones in steel Deck Pizza oven?
Are you able to layer cooking stones on the bottom of a steel deck pizza oven? My family may be buying a pizza place and they have a steel Deck Oven because they make Greek pizza and we want to do Italian. I believe it may be less expensive to put stones on the bottom rather then buying a new oven. Any ideas?
Go to a brick supplier and buy sufficient furnace bricks to cover the floor laying down. they must be FURNACE BRICKS!
Then they can be removed if required.
this will make the ultimate pizza.
