I saw your question and I thought I would like to try and help if I can. Have you searched on www.ancestry.com I found a few people in Canada with the DeRosier surname. Do you know if your birth mum is still alive, it's a possibility isn't it, by my calculations she was born in 1933 ? wasn't she. If you can think of anything else that might help would you edit your question please. Have a look at these two links posted below,
