We are looking to dramatically change the menu in our concession wagon. So we have enrolled your help.
After 22yrs doen this and expenses growing. We are looking to sell something else.
Please try to remember, the simpler the better and it has to be cheap to make. Deep fryer, or roaster type stuff, no grill available on board. We appreciate your impute,

1. Nacho chips and cheese sauce are profitable where I live. They buy big cans of cheese sauce & boxes of tortilla chips at Sam's Club. They water the cheese sauce down (according the directions) and warm it up in crock pots or big roaster pans. You'll need jalapenos, too - some people will want them.
2. Popcorn is cheap & a good seller.
3. Funnel cakes
4. Pizza - make a deal with a pizza place, have them delivered and sell the slices for $3 or $4 a piece. Pepperoni & Cheese sell well.
5. Cheese fries (using the nacho cheese sauce in #1)
