Im 15 and i've been offered a job as a kitchen assistant , the job is in a kitchen serving food to a dining room of 40 people, with 6 chefs working each day. I want to know if i would be allowed to work there , the local government say that you have to be 15 to work in a restaurant but you have to be 16 to work in a commercial kitchen , what would it be classed as ???
